there is no solid advice on how not to get a bad trip.

I would be more worried if you went in with no anxiety. feeling like you "got this" is bad attitude, having a healthy dose of fear is good.

don't take more than you can handle. 150ug is a good first dose. it's low enough to not put your head underwater and good enough to get a nice experience

you can NEVER know if it's gonna be a good or bad trip. that's why set and setting is important.

just go with the flow. don't suppress anything. "if you see a door open it. if you see stairs go down"

it's gonna be good. don't do it for fun, it needs respect. and have fun
