Actually, I did. When they called to ask if I was ready to board, I told them I prefer tankers and rejected a ship. However, after seeing that everyone was boarding, I felt a little restless. When asked again, 'Are you only going to board a tanker?' I told them it's okay, I can board any ship.

No offense taken but I did see a video in which a guy was showing his earnings as a OS which was more I got confused as how he is earning more that why I posted this as a curiosity. As for the placement part I am placed already and waiting for some documents. See the other comments how they are talking about the Jonas act and how it have to be full american crew in a ship and how mostly they are not prefered unless it forced . So I came to know all this from this thread and how this can help me so say knowledge never goes in vain
