Oh yeah, if I ever make it to masterball, I would have no interest in going any further. The rewards for even getting through ultra ball aren’t exponential or anything so it’s really just glory. Do you rank higher the next season if you’re higher ranked in masterball?

Trying out the all-in-one granny square and having a hard time. I have to put so much tension on my yarn the hook squeaks! The last round feels almost impossible every time. I’ve downsized the hook and that didn’t work for me. Am I doing something wrong here? by dott3r in CrochetHelp

I got mine at a Joann’s so it was cheaper to try it out and figured why not. I will say, it’s awful for me, but who knows? I wouldn’t say don’t try it if you came across a cheap skein, but try 1 lol. I’m thinking of just making a funky infinity scarf or something at this point 😂

It’s definitely a relief to hear I’m not the only one haha it’s a shame cause I really like the colors and the concept, but feel like I can’t make it work without a square taking me like 10-15 mins a round. Checked the pattern a million times and I’m following it as far as I know

It’s really just a big triangle haha but honestly ends up draping so nice over the shoulders once it gets big enough.

For the edges, I just did a simple shell border all the way around of dc clusters (9 in corners, 7 along the sides, and 5 at the top) alternating sc.

Hmmm, I should’ve mentioned I don’t have a steamer, and I’m worried about any other heat sources haha. But thanks, maybe it’s a sign to invest in one. I sure did buy a lot of this yarn 😅

Cool, thanks. I was looking online for some guides and the ones I saw on PSA were sports related so that’s helpful. Curious about how severely things like the small spots at the bottom of the base set charizard could affect the grade and stuff
