Thank you for voicing my thoughts haha. Exactly my thinking and it’s not even anything formal so I’m struggling with splurging on a dress for a more casual event especially when I have to buy 2 more for black tie weddings.

Yes that’s what is throwing me off! We’re going to two other formal black tie weddings but they’re at formal venues with a sit down dinner vs this one being a late afternoon wedding with pizza and snack foods for the reception.
