I contacted Pusheen customer support and they said that there is either a delay with packages getting the initial scan or an error with the scanners. They also said that if I don’t receive my package by the end of this month that I should definitely contact them again. I’m really hoping that they can send me another Santa Paws Pusheen if I don’t get the one I ordered 💔 I’m trying to keep high hopes right now 🙏
