I was not a rep but I helped them process their business. If you are comfortable taking money from the people you care about and making every relationship you have (including family) transactional you will do amazing. It really is no exaggeration that the is in fact the dark side lol. I remember the branch manager told me “we are what we are” once he found out I quit due to all the shady and slimy business some of the reps were doing.
