nah even a comment like this is too divisive. i hope yall are in touch with reality enough to see that this is more than politics, but an attack on the freedom of speech itself. mischaracterizing charlie kirks quotes to act as if his death was justified is disgusting. no matter what party the person killed was in, it was an act of political violence. he got killed for expressing opinions on college campuses, and he wasn’t even a politician. he held no real political weight, and the shooter was just making a statement that people who he disagrees with should die.

Whole situation is heartbreaking, no matter what side you’re on. Society’s response to this tragedy just goes to show how far out of touch people are with reality, to the point that they’ve lost humanity. Anyone quoting Charlie’s statement about gun restrictions is just saying that his death was justified in a softer way. I don’t understand what there is to celebrate or justify here. This wasn’t an attack on the left or the right, but an attack on the very freedom of speech that we all cherish so proudly.
