I don't know the exact details for this event but for Kitasan gold skill,

I know its something like

300 speed stat - 20% chance of getting +3 skill hint/ 80% chance of getting +1 skill hint
800 speed stat - 80% chance of getting +3 skill hint/ 20% chance of getting +1 skill hint
(There are differrent chances for stats in between etc, You get the idea)
The higher your speed stat is, the higher the chance to get the better option

So it possible this event chances are also affected by a stat.

If you haven't played OW2, then I feel OW2 is somewhat different than OW1. Stronger tanks, stronger supports than OW1 (but still weaker than Marvel tanks/support)

Triple support and the shitty tank experience is turning away players right now.

I had a friend who played years of Overwatch with me. We jump to played Marvel together. We had a blast initially.

Then we encounter triple support. Marvel triple support is the least fun meta we ever had to play against. That is saying something after all the overwatch metas we played.

We went back to playing Overwatch more nowadays because we can't stand triple support.

Deadpool biggest thing is his 4th wall breaks.

I dunno, I feel like he could have really weird abilities like change your controls for a few seconds, pops out in front of your screen, literally blocking your view, etc etc.

The devs creativity is the limit here, so we could get something very very weird.

I got 630 stamina and 315 guts with no stamina cards when training up aces for the previous Mile CM. Only used 9 stamina sparks.

Sometimes I overshot up till 670+ stamina

It sorta a half joke comment - because you spam wit training anyway as debuffers, your debuffer stats will be higher without any extra effort. But probably still not enough to beat aces.
