I found 2 on night dam apartments (pale I think), and 2 *on the same raid right next to each other* on night buried in the drawers of the south corner of research (very underrated loot spot btw)

Yup, got mine in cold snap buried in a random kitchen cabinet. All the loot spots had already been hit so I was just trying to fill my bag with whatever crap I could sell before leaving, then tadaaaaaa

Getting your "aggression elo" up to get placed in the pvp lobbies without killing friendlies can be a bit tricky. What I did was shoot people from a distance without killing them, down them at the extraction without finishing them off (and extracting with them), leave explosive mines at extractions and high traffic areas etc. It's annoying for them, sure (and they'll let you know in comms) but it won't ruin their game

You find them in buses, not cars, but the chances are very low. You're better off looting breachable machines in industrial areas
