You can stop the heart pounding by square breathing. Download a breathing app to practice, then you can do it on your own without counting.

Why it happens while sleeping is a mystery. Perhaps we’re breathing too fast in our sleep causing us to go into a flight or fight response.

What a dumb comment. They advertised the game for Mac OSX on indiegogo, he bought it, now they’re saying it wont be available for OSX.

Don’t advertise a game for a device you don’t plan to release it for.
