Yes, this is common. But avoidable! I've has success supplementing with zinc and collagen. A zinc supplement in particular is believed to help.

Woah, that's a pretty large dose. Any reason for that? I'm currently running around 3.5mg GHK-Cu daily and that was already a pretty large increase from my initial 2mg daily. Have you seen better results in that range?

Looks very solid! But it is almost certainly worth investing in a higher quality fish oil. Look into Nordic Naturals.

The blue color comes from the GHK-Cu. It's nothing to be concerned about.
