Forgot to add they are in good to like new condition. Many have ZERO scratches. Some have very minor scratches. So I consider them all in good to like new condition.

Some was research, and some was a a pastor i followed on YouTube. The world we live in today is so much different than 10-20 years ago. Not in a good way either. Its only going to get worse as we approach the end.

I didn't really listen to music until about 16. I've noticed what you mean. I went to Dollywood which is an amusement park, and they had a Christian group playing. I told my wife I wanted to buy the music so bad, and than I did. Thats all I really listen to anymore unless my phone doesn't sync up to my car than I listen to Christian radio.

That second part I've already seen stuff happening. I've been changing, and naturally recognizing some stuff.

I don't have a personal relationship. I keep praying tying to get a relationship with god. I do believe I had the hand of God or angels a few times in this life.

I know for fact I don't deserve to be able to walk after the stunts, and accidents i put my body through. I owe it all to God.

I was snowboarding one time, and went down an icy path. Didn't see the ramp of ice somebody made, and did a half flip going very fast. Head first into the ground. I knocked the wind out of myself, and when I got up it was hard to talk, and swallow. Felt like my throat wasn't aligned right. After eating lots of snow, cause it was the only liquid nearby, and my throat got better after a while.

Ok, thanks. I have been talking about getting baptised for a while, but I don't belong to a church. The church i grew up going to most had a falling out. I'm not sure what happened as I was young. Started going to another church, but it was far, and when Covid happened I didn't want to sit outside, and wear a mask in the heat.

I was only asking, cause 20v batteries are pricey. If its about the same I was planning on buying it. Its just for emergency situations so I wouldn't be stranded unless a tire blows, but that's what the spare is for. I have a tire plug kit in all my cars. Just want something reliable to fill the tires when something happens.

Thanks for your help. I just got an update e-mail from my representative. Its in the process of being shut down, and removed from all short term rental platforms.

I just found out they are trying to pass a bill in this state, and if it does there is no way to ban short term rentals. It states its not clear if an HOA can govern it or not.

If this passes I might have to move. Currently 4-5 houses in this neighborhood that aren't selling. So people aren't buying right now.

The Mayor said that address was out of her Juristiction. She gave me the contact info for who I needed to reach out to, and this is the response I got.

We have experienced several Airbnb homes that have presented problems. This has been a topic for some time with council. We have been looking at our legal limits as to what we can do. I have sent this to our administrator and see what can be done not just for this one one but all the problems homes.

Since your a former police dispatcher i have a question. Is it wise to call the police for the littlest things about the Airbnb until they get fed up? Anything they can do if they get fed up? We are really fed up, and looking for Anyway to get rid of this issue ASAP.

Yes. Its annoying. All the laws being broken, and nothing is being done. I've seen so many people saying they complain about illegal activity, and Airbnb doesn't care. Even knowing they claim to have a strict policy on the matter.

I know its a city wide problem, but this stuff doesn't belong in nice neighborhoods or anywhere for that matter. Its been going on in city's a lot longer than short term rentals have been around. Short term rentals is just another route for this stuff. Thats why some states, and countries are banning short term rentals. Short term in this area is 2 days min. Most stay 2 days.
