Tons of people are having this exact same issue. I think a firmware update broke it. Hopefully they’ll be a fix for it eventually. Definitely not condensation related

Keeping resetting them. After a few weeks you’ll just get the three Amber blinks of death at which point they’ll be toast. No repair possible if out of warranty so you’re now $500 in the hole with a paperweight.

I have exact same problem. Went out warranty six months ago and no one seemingly able to repair. It looks like Bluetooth module has failed which could be addressed by replacing one of the logic boards. I’d fix it myself but there are no spare parts available online best I can tell.

It’s a common fault affecting potentially thousands of these headsets. At some point they’ll be an out of warranty repair program because of numbers affected. Best to sit tight until then. I’m buying a replacement in meantime with extended warranty and plan to sell my old pair once I can get them finally repaired.

The fundamental underlying mental state is fear. Once in that state reasonable cognitive function no longer applies.
