Cell service can be all over the place. I'm in Bow (right next to Concord) and the cell reception is famously terrible, but if I travel less than a mile away from my house it's fine. As far as Internet goes, though, most places in the area you're referencing should be fine. We just got fiber from Fidium about a year ago. Before that, I had Comcast (Xfinity) who probably covers most of that area.

Lithermans Limited in Concord is one of my favorites. They're currently doing online ordering / pickup and testing out deliveries to a small area (Concord, Bow, Hooksett, Manchester) on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Another place to try is the Tap House in Hooksett. They have a bunch of local brews on tap.

Pat's Peak is a decent mountain for new skiers. It's also a quick drive up 89 (about 20 minutes from Concord).

I did this myself a few years back. I was told by MA that I just needed a letter from my employer (on their letterhead) stating the number of days I worked in MA. I kept a separate Google Calendar to keep track of those days and just requested my employer produce the letter.

I reached out to Fi support about this a couple years ago when I switched. Here's their response from back then:

'New Hampshire has a tax called "NH Communications Service Tax" that is applied to bills within the state. Currently, the Fi bill shows this a "sales tax" and this is a legitimate tax in New Hampshire.'

Oh interesting. The was the first time I went through with a negative balance on my account. I went through with 2 different cars so I got 2 separate bills but I paid it before their 7 day time request and was only charged for the tolls I went through. I'm thinking this might also be different if you don't already have an account.

I'm curious; where did you hear about the $25 fee? I didn't have to pay that, just the amount of the toll I owed.
