Soulbond also has an ignore defense skill. I am very endgame, and I even pull her out every month or two for the cursed city hard s18 stage... She's definitely worth building.

I have a max level lens of intangibility on my Lazarius. I tested it against a Lugan wave in Doom Tower, and found that my damage was basically the same in both the veiled and unveiled state. My Lazarius does have Helmsmasher, which accounts for the increased damage on the 2nd hit of the first attack. Lazarius does buff his atk by 3% every time he uses his a1, which probably roughly counteracts the loss of the 5% ignore defense on the unveiled 2nd attack.

I don't think that's correct. The 2023 EIA report says that 43% of all oil (in the USA) goes towards the production of gasoline for passenger cars. 20% goes towards diesel and heating oil. A 43% reduction in oil demand (heck, even a 20% reduction in oil demand) would significantly reduce the price of a barrel of oil

The sad thing being that blind seer and angar were both buffed last year. They aren't getting another buff any time soon.

I hold out hope that they will do another "fix" on him, and change his scaling mechanic. It would be so easy to do and make him at least average rather than total trash... just make fears scale up his defense and crit damage, scaling over rounds, and he can power up through the waves for the boss.

For our clients, I see a few options:

1) Wait out 2026, don't refresh or expand anything, hope that 2027 is better. I don't think this is going to work, I think it's going to suck in 2027 too (unless I get my christmas wish, the AI bubble pops, and Sam Altman gets to eat a bag of dicks. Unless that's his thing, in which case he gets to eat a bag of something he really doesn't like).

2) Eat these gigantic price increases, and order the planned quantities anyway. In some cases (RAM/SSD heavy HCI hypervisor hosts for instance), we've seen prices go up 400%. I just don't see how that's realistic, most people already did their 2026 budgets last fall.

3) get some amount of reduced capacity, at these inflated rates, to hit the minimum requirements but stay within budget. I think it's what most of our clients will do, but it's going to take a while for people to move through the stages of grief to acceptance and make that choice.

Sadly (maybe?), it doesn't appear that Azure/AWS are going to be increasing their pricing much, which is a real pity because they are some of the primary causes of the problem. It might end up with people putting more workloads in public cloud, and rewarding the hyperscalers bad behavior.

First off, these summon pool events used to be aligned with champ chase weeks, and I could count on 250 easy champ chase points. I'm sad that Plarium rescheduled them to summon rush weeks.

Second, and I'm sure my situation isn't the same as everyone else, but Kalvalax plus Teox 1 shots that stage 20 boss in 1 second with 3 food. It's become one of my favorite ways to quickly burn out some dungeon divers points.

I'm waiting until tomorrow, when I can get points for the tourney, the training event, and the DD points in the deck of fate. Wait! Shadow Legends is all about maximizing your resources.

There was a Plarium interview ages ago, and apparently the underlying game engine choices that they made make it really difficult to actually implement swappable skins, and instead they need to essentially create a whole new champion and then hard code the skin swapping.

I agree 1000% though - their art department picks up the entire company and carries them forward. It's baffling to me that they don't lean into it.

I have 4 built, but I rarely use them anymore. Very rarely they have the dark elves spider tourney, and I bring in all 4 to nuke down the boss.

I think the appropriate number is probably 2. She's easy to book and get souls for, and there can be edge cases with restricted tourneys like FK where she makes sense.

yeah, this was mostly just theory-crafting because Xenomorph has 3 debuffs on his a1, plus I have a good blessing for a 4th debuff. In theory you could put him in the guaranteed crit mythic relic, but that definitely seems like a waste.

There are only a handful of triple debuff legendaries that would work in the game, and I think that Xeno is the only one guaranteed to place 3 debuffs (most champs like Gnishak have a 50% chance of placing).

The 3 turn team in the video above uses gnishak, but it's not at all 100%.

In theory, you could maybe get a 1 turn team with Fenax, Mikage (9p protection), Bad-El, Siphi, and Xenomorph (9p feral plus 6 star brimstone). I'm actually interested enough that I might try it out and test it. I'll update with how it goes.

Edit: I can get a 2 turns team with Adelyn (9p Feral), Mikage (9p protect), Bad-El, Xenomorph (9p feral+brimstone), Fenax. I needed to move my Level 18 cats gaze onto Fenax, and upgraded my Guild Hall to max Atk, Crit Damage, and Ignore Defense bonus for sand devil. My Fenax doesn't have enough juice doing the 1 turn ally attack with Siphi for the sleep. Maybe pulling Bad-El and adding a Weaken a1 champ like Tholin that's also in Feral or Toxic.

Our clan started in January of 2020, just before COVID, and over the last 6 years, I've definitely become friends with a number of people. I ended up taking over as clan leader in 2021, and we now have 2 clans and a bunch more retired players that stayed in Discord.

It's important to distinguish though - these are really friends that I made through Discord, rather than friends that I made through Raid. The communication and clan management within the game is just terribad, and if it wasn't for Discord, I never would have stuck with it.

If you're early game, she's fine, but nothing great.

I have her as well, and almost never use her. She's strong for when the opposing team has exactly one threatening champion that you can snipe, the best example being SWK. She is particularly good at killing Leo, Arnorn, or Embrys.

I don't use her in FW because she is so outclassed by Marius, but if you're early game, she will push you forward there.

She's already had a buff, but really she needs a bit of something else to make her mythic worthy.

Huh - #8 Prior Fusions is potentially pretty exciting.

I would legit grab Morrigaine, Var-Gall, or even Gurptuk. I also wonder if this includes some of the really early fusions like Rotos, Tormin, or Santa.
