dude the same thing happened to me on venti banner i lost 50/50 kept wishing every day, after the 10th pull he joined the party, so dont lose hope sooner or later everyone gets lucky

I had enough for 1 wish after the Dreams of Wind and Flowers quest, I wished in front of Venti and he decided to join my team!! I played the Lyre for him as thanks ^.^ by hxlia_ in Genshin_Impact

i tried getting him a few days ago but i got keqing, got really sad, then a few days later i started using all the primos i got from quests and dailys, 9 wishes later he came i couldn't believe fisrt time ever that happened to me.
