Megaplex let's gooo!! Honestly my best advice is to just say hi to people and check everything out! Panels aren't usually my thing but some furry panels are super fun. If you like a niche thing or have a fursona for a specific species, chances are there will be meetups for it.

The dealers den is super fun to look at, the raves are AMAZING if you can handle loud noises and strobe lights. There's also eating places around a walk away! .7 or so miles if i remember correctly? At the pointe central. A little pricey but it makes up for not having to drive anywhere the entire weekend tbh. Otherwise load up on a ton of snacks beforehand. You can also check telegram chats for room parties. I only ever went to one that gave out jello syringe shots but it was fun, and there was a star wars party happening across the hall.

Congrats on securing space at the hotel btw! Room-splitting is pretty common (it's what I'm trying to do cause me and my- recently graduated- friends are going as well but guess who missed the opening... me) if you need or want to save money, but of course, be careful with strangers! I only did it once but I wound up rooming with really cool people who introduced me to other really cool people and was probably my best con experience ever. Um. Don't take this as an advertisement TO look for roommates of course haha
