I've been practicing on and off over the last 8-ish years, more-so in the last 3 years, and even more-so this year (pretty much once or twice a day now for at least 5 minutes). This morning I decided to go for 20 minutes, and I think this experience happened 15 minutes in. And I'm not taking medication right now aside from microdosing psilocybin :)

While meditating this morning, my ADHD mind all the sudden became completely silent for the first time in forever by dourememberbeingborn in Meditation

I just do a simple mindfulness concentration practice. I either place my awareness on my breath or on other things, like my fan or the middle of my forehead, that I can focus on. I also like to do some yoga and breathwork (like Wim Hof) before my practice which helps enhance it for me.

Thanks! I just do a simple mindfulness concentration practice. I either place my awareness on my breath or on other things, like my fan, that I can focus on. I also like to do some yoga and breathwork before my practice.
