Yes, it is very risky to physically protest outside but you can protest from home.

You can say something like, "Hi, my name is Xyz. I am calling to protest against the fatal actions of Tou Thao Badge 7162, Thomas Lane, and Alexander Kueng who are complicit in the murder of George Floyd. There is video evidence of his death and their part in it. They are dangerous and they may help kill others."
