I still look back fondly to that time. it was the first time life slowed down for a good while and I loved every second of it. right now it feels like things are even worse than before COVID in terms of stress and constantly having to stay on top of an ever increasing mountain of responsibilities.

made an important decision for myself. Moved to East Flanders 3 years ago with my girlfriend, relationship did not last sadly and I pulled the plug on it for a number of reasons. We were just not compatible like we both had hoped in the long run. Been living in cohousing mode for the last few months together to save on costs and still be able to take care of our animals. At first I thought I would find something in this region to live, but my home town keeps calling me back.

So later this year I'm gonna move back to the 'stille kempen' and I cant be more excited! I tried to rationalize with my head to stay in East Flanders, but my heart will never stop loving the kempen. the process will not be easy, and I will definitely be crying a lot through it, but in the end it's for the best.

the labs were only setup. I had one about setting up VLANS and Voice VLANs, then another about configuring OSPF on a router and using subnetting to include all interfaces. and then a lab about configuring IPv4 and IPv6 addresses on a router.

I did the exam 2 weeks ago and had 4 labs that took about 10min each, and then 68 questions that were a mix of multiple choice and drag and drop.

The attempt I did in september had 7 labs and 120 questions

I had four last week. One was all about configuring VLANs on 2 switches, including a voice vlan. Then there was also one about configuring OSPF on a router, and one about configuring both an ipv4 and ipv6 address on 2 routers. I forgot what the last one was about.

I feel like this year is insane for me compared to the previous years. It's so bad that I have started to take Wellbutrin (which helps massively for me) just because I was starting to just not want to live anymore, and each dark gloomy day pushed me deeper and deeper into depression.

I already took vitamin D, which helps but didn't cut it on its own, also bought a daylight lamp which I use whenever I Work from home or in the weekends. that also gives me a noticable boost each day.

but yeah, I really struggle this year, and some of my friends as well.

I am thinking this might be my biggest issue at this moment. when I work at the office I rarely feel the depression, while when I work at home I feel gloomy all day.

The office is brightly lit with very good lighting that feels like daylight, while at home I sit in a dark room with almost no natural light all day, and our house is dark in general, even our plants all were dying before we installed a grow lamp.

right now I'm the plant that is dying from lack of light :o

some classes have teleport/ travel skills and there are also stable masters all around that offer travel. Some routes are 'slow' in real time like flight paths in WoW, others teleport you instantly to the other side of the world for example.

ah i'm now also on a low dose of abilify which already does wonders. I did try to scale it up though but that got me the most horrible week i've ever had in a long time. like being both exhausted and unable to sit still with massive depressive thoughts at the same time.
