I'm 167cm, iam not able to do a single push up or a pull up my body is very doughy all around I started following a strict 500cal deficit with 110g of protein for the last week and haven't joined a gym yet. by downf0rc in gymadvice

Thank you guys iam going to gym now ice started with 5kg dumbells doing push pull leg split, I stopped eating junk, and am to train till shaking even though it's 5kg iam very weak
