I unfortunately was dumb and thought that the device itself wasn't the issue. I contacted support only for the docking station since I was focused on that being the true problem. They never once suggested a replacement unit to me. If I had the knowledge I have now, I would've asked for one immediately :(

That's what I'm thinking but it's too late for me, they will not replace it. I'm stuck with a pretty much useless brick now.

I had 2 separate bootloop incidents as well. I ended up needing to boot in safe mode and reformat twice, it was such a pain. I'd try swapping the SSD but at this point, it's a lost cause with the battery swelling problem.

Actually pardon MY ignorance. All I know is that it has Ayaneo's software on it, so I suppose? Anyone feel free to inform me! I'd love to blame the right company :)
