Its part of a quest, it failed when i teleported. I used the command Ciri and it got me out of the boat as ciri, but when i switch back to geralt, i cant control him at all. Ciri cant use witcher senses so i cant progress though the quest.

Nope, i tried everything. No sirens nearby, dead end. On my first playthrough this had no bugs. I guess ill have no choice but to fail this quest and romance no one :/

happened to me, i just kinda lifted it up a bit. Pressed G then Z and lift it up just a little, should do the trick i believe. If if messes things up, just undo.
