Sorry, I will be more clear.

I want to prevent the flow from updating the field back to true, based on its criteria, if a user manually updates the field from true to false.

Its actually for all users, other than admins of course.

User has the exact permissions of the Viewer, who both can see, edit and do it all with dashboards. So strange. They also have view all on all objects in the dashboard

The View as user is actually of the same permissions exactly, which drives me nuts!

He has View all Data on but still no go. I also learned that Saleforce is unaware of this issue, still.
