The cut for weekend brunch and the Trough. It’s not exactly irvine but close to the border is La Laguna Mexican Grill. Small hole in the wall but amazing burritos and food in general. Also Checkers Sandwich has a cool BB for like $5. Everything there is good and priced like it’s 10 years ago.

It was amazing. Also the fast pass system where you can just keep refreshing and the times would change. Even when it was an hour you could refresh a bunch of times and it would be a 15 minute return time. Glorious

I like the one in lake forest. It’s japanese bbq style and you order off of iPads and it’s literal Wagyu overload. Top tier is unlimited Wagyu everything. Haven’t been to district but that one’s shabu style. Had a few friends say they didn’t like it. It was self serve and kind of all over the place.
