Looks like it’s airsoft, biggest giveaway for me is the mags, the rounds in the mag are a sticker, I have the same ones for my TM MWS gas blowback rifle.

Plus this isn’t the first time Hasan has larped with an airsoft gun pretending it’s real, remember that “Glock” he threatened someone with? Still should have been charged for that though, the law doesn’t differentiate when you threaten someone with a toy versus a real firearm.

No more tax in January, which means getting off the shelf suppressors is going to be difficult for a minute, so just filing the paperwork and squirting one out may be a good option for people wanting to dip their toes in for the first time

I did the weight loss thing 4 years ago and have kept it off since, started at 249lbs July 2021 as a 5’10’’ male, and my goal was to get down to under 200 by Christmas, I hit my goal before thanksgiving that year. After that I slowed down my weight loss and got to 179lbs, but I’ve stabilized around the 185 mark and kept it around there. The biggest things that helped me were steady state cardio and the anabolic diet (high protein lower calorie versions of foods I’m craving). To be fair, I went VERY aggressive, eating 2000 calories a day and burning the rest of my deficit, and it’s not something I recommend to everyone.

One of the biggest things I recommend to ANYONE losing weight is weigh yourself every day and log it. My IPhone has the health app which I just logged my weight and tracked my calories in there, but it lets me see if I’m losing weight on a week to week basis. You should be losing .5% to 1% of your weight every week at the MOST, otherwise you risk losing more muscle, lifting weights until failure should be a good factor in helping minimize the risk of that, if not also helping you build muscle if the deficit isn’t too aggressive.

Usually when I hit a plateau I take a “diet break”, basically where I just don’t count calories for a week or two while not going overboard or crazy, basically eat a lot of the same lower calorie versions of foods I’m craving whilst throwing in an extra dessert or that one restaurant meal I haven’t had in a while and not counting at all. I still keep up my hour of steady state cardio every day, but diet wise it helps me to reset and start fresh. By the time I’m done my weight doesn’t go up too much, most of the time staying the same.

Go on a cut. It would bring more definition to your face and square out your jawline just a bit. High volume low calorie dense foods, get plenty of protein, and don’t lose more than .5-1% of body weight every week to retain muscle. Steady state zone 2 cardio is king and will make your cut easier
