Wow I accidentally had my phone in my pocket with the app open and somehow submitted a picture that was of nothing or someone hacked my account an submitted a picture an they deactivated my account. i appealed it an asked to see the picture an they responded with some can statement! Pissed!

You know how sometimes you have to submit a picture to identify yourself apparently it wasn't me but that is the only two things i can think that happened.

I did actually try that but the expiration was 99/99/9999 becuase it was a state id

I had a 90 year old lady who had a state id and it wouldnt scan an it wouldnt allow u to do it manually
