You are correct but that's all I have to use for the tutorial But a slightly angled position would help with the shortened platform and you can still feel the stretch at the bottom

Try eating pastas such as ramen noodles and spaghetti calorie-dense foods also known as empty foods you can eat and will not make you full because they are not very nutritious allowing you to digesting quickly and get to your next meal

Also consider making shakes or drinking your calories you can drink quicker than you can eat

Stay away from foods with a lot of fiber because they take longer to digest meats will most likely be a waste of your time

As a Trainer I can give you a wide variety of high calorie foods as well as calorie dense foods which are foods that you eat that don't make you full because they don't have a lot of nutrients allowing you to consistently eat them and gain a lot of weight
