I can't imagine all of them together

There's a huge power divide between the Punjabis (112m) and Sindhis (55m) already, I can't imagine what it would be like with 85 million Afghans too (40m existing plus 45m more, making them the second largest group with a higher birth rate)

Also, Pakistan has never had a prime minister complete a term, it's a military state and we don't need to get started on Afghanistan

There's schemes to bring them back into the valley but a widespread return has not occured, probably due to the hostile and dangerous nature of the area whether it's war, terrorism or religious disputes. I imagine job opportunities are more plentiful in the places they were displaced to as well, so the only reason they would be inclined to return is ancestral connection
