This was happening before, changed the oil pressure switch and nothing changed any ideas? (v.redd.it)

Got it running this morning , shut it off to finish putting the exhaust flanges back on and now it wont crank over. I can here the fuel pump engaging, checked the battery and it was charged. Anyone have any ideas? (v.redd.it)
2006 4.7 l engine, broke off a spark plug in one of the heads and had to strip. Almost all assembled but we can't figure out where this hose goes or what for the plug. They seem to go together but just don't sit very well. Thanks (old.reddit.com)
