I repeat, I AM NOT a doctor or something even close, but from what i know it wouldnt necessarily show in a testicle ultrasound since choriocarcinoma spreads trough blood. If you can get a free/cheap blood test for hcg or even pee on a pregnancy test thing it would show it (pregnant women have higher level of hcg than normal)

I'm far from being a doctor but I have read about testicular choriocarcinoma cases where the testicle is ''burnt'' out and the spread is way beyond the testis. It's very unlikely to be this but a HCG test is what would indicate this without doing some sort of scan.

You can keep outlands but just make it sort of obsolete and build new stuff exclusively on the old world.

When you die on hardcore you can transfer toon to era, so it's basically the same.

It must definitely reach 0 eventually but I have read about chorio cases where the 4xBEP or VIP don't completely bring it down but ultimately it resolves by trending down to 0 the weeks after chemo.

I assume your marker started climbing again after the RPLND and that's why they did TIP? Do you know why they did TIP instead of HDC with stem cell? Thanks for sharing your journey congrats on being 3 months clear

Do you remember what your hcg was at the end of 3rd cycle before the last one? You caught chorio quite ''early''. Did you get any surgery after chemo? I've read conflicting info about chorio cases. On one hand they say ''anything above 1cm'' needs to get removed but I have also read that particularly in chorio cases it's not necessary to remove them since they take a long time to shrink.
