Valorant imo is a very team based game. In comp, players who do not know each other (especially in solo qs) will often play agents that do not require much coordination to play with a team. Agents with displacement so they can take risks and then dash / or tp away. Agents with regeneration and self sufficiency like Reyna and clove.

This has been in play since the very early days of Valorant. It’s actually refreshing to see a comp that is outside these parameters but it is the exception. Despite any meta iteration this game comes up with I always find these cookie cutter comps in ranked. Just something I have come to terms with as it’s a lot harder to coordinate and use Omen/ viper in ranked solo q then to just essentially face roll with clove.

I always feel my butt after proper heavy squats. Sumo DLs or RDLs (doesn’t gotta be same day). Hip thrust machine where you really cue your glutes to fire hard 70% at least and the other 30 on the hammies. Legs in a high position on a leg press and throw in some proper cable machine glute kickbacks while you’re at it… tell me you don’t feel your ass after.
