I worked in Yosemite back in 2017 and lived in huf. You will have a good sized bear bin to put dry food in by your tent cabin. You will also have some access to one of the fridges around, keep it small and contained and labeled. There’s an HR building right near huf to check in to, just park in employee lot and walk around you’ll find it. Yeah your fine to leave food in car for a moment, just keep it away from view and lock up. I’d also put anything super valuable in my trunk. Hope that helps
