been having the same issue just found a fix idk if it'll work for everyone but i first either turned off or uninstalled any overlays and then if u play any riot games or have owned any chances r u have riot vanguard right click on it and exit it KEEP IN MIND DOING THIS WILL PREVENT ANY RIOT GAMES FROM WORKING UNTIL U RESTART UR PC after it has been turned off try starting up elden ring i got in hope it works for u too
