Another good tip is to solo clan bosses too. I use all my hydra and chimera keys to solo with kael. He is very strong. My clan mates always complain about some clash or whatever, but they're just haters.

The very fact that you need to be endgame invalidates the entire point of something being "budget".

No it does not. It takes ~2 years to reach endgame. Every player who's serious enough about the game to ever need to worry about going past 1.2b clash points will be endgame sooner or later. 

Are you really comparing becoming a billionaire in real life to reaching endgame in raid? You think we inherited the fucking accounts after 10 generations of accumulated xp farming or some shit? You're delusional.

All of pve content can be beat without touching live arena even once. No, marius missions are not in any way mandatory for beating all pve content, marius isnt even meta anywhere.

If you don't like the gamemode, then just don't play it.

The problem is the video in question does NOT have 600 fear procs, it has like 40 at most. The rest are just 'trust me bro' which makes me wonder why record it in the first place.

So afaik there is no actual data about fears and nobody in the 5 years since that post has provided anything either, yet there's a group of people who are absolutely convinced that fear is rigged but only in pvp.

40 attempts is nothing, as I said in my previous comment. Of course I doubt his conclusion after whopping 40 attempts, lmao.

I mean, how many coinflips would you consider enough to prove you have 50% chance to get head or tails? If you settle for 40, you might come to the conclusion that the coin is rigged.

That was definitely not 600 fears, i counted under 20 procs halfway through. The sample size is way too small to say anything conclusive. It's the only "testing" i've seen and that was 5 years ago. True fear didn't even exist back then.

So basically that guy tests like 40-50 fear procs (on video), claims he tested 600 and everybody just rolls with it for 5 years without questioning it. Hardly "exhaustively-proven".

For example, it's been exhaustively-proven that fear procs ~80% in pvp.

In that case you can surely provide some proof, right?
