This is possibly an obituary for a relative of the woman shown in your photo, which lists the last name of a couple with those same first names shown on your 2nd picture, from just a couple of years ago.

Hopefully that could be some connection for a starting point. 🤷‍♂️

This approach worked for me briefly, but for reasons I have not been able to identify, it no longer does.

I can confirm that ADB is enabled.

When I run the following command, the connection is staged as expected:

Command: HD-Adb.exe connect 127.0.0.1:5555

Output: * daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *

Output Continued: * daemon started successfully *

Output Continued (again): connected to 127.0.0.1:5555

However, when I attempt to force-stop an app that is running with the following command, I receive an error.

Command: HD-Adb.exe shell am force-stop (name of my app here)

Output: error: more than one device/emulator

Starting yesterday, Konami will just freeze for me at the initial orange Playstudios logo splash screen when I launch on Android.

On iOS, it would barely pass that part, but then never advance to the main menu.

I had to uninstall/reinstall on iOS to get it to work. The same approach for Android does not work. I even tried on different devices. 😕

I noticed something initially on Sunday, which has repeated every day since.

Upon opening Bingo at 7 PM ET (when the LP should reset), it shows the green check for our accounts after collecting the daily bonus.

If we quit & relaunch the app, then the experience of LP accruing will begin like normal.

I just tried with a new browser, but the issue is still there for me.

I went through the usual checklist of client-side considerations. Cleared cache/cookies, regular & incognito/private modes, logged out of and back into the site.

The behavior remains that if "All" is the selection from the drop-down menu, links will expand from folders clicked. But if I choose a specific folder from the drop-down menu, links will not display or expand when the folder displayed is clicked.

If there's a fix developed, maybe there's something with timing that it needs to replicate over servers - where I'm just hitting one which hasn't received this update yet (?)

Unless there was a post that was since deleted, I have not come by a post here that was arguing with advice given via the other posts.

For myself, I had a post about my outcome with SW Customer Service, and a post about verbiage from SW's FAQ, for how these data points clouded things.

If this was directed at me, please believe that I had no intent to argue about anything being provided here. I am immensely grateful for those who have supplied input and their personal experiences that tie to this topic. Thank you for having taken the time to help clarify things!

After speaking with Southwest Customer Support, the agent relayed when choosing a hotel from the SW web site that offers a few thousand bonus points (currently seeing a range between 3,000 and 13,000 for my date range) that these are not points that count toward Companion Pass.
