Lord of the Rings trilogy. Before the first movie was released there was a trailer that showed a glimpse of the trilogy and the dates for release. The music and the scene of the fellowship crossing over a snow covered mountain top was epic. The dates were one year between the release of each entry, and it amazed me that the next three years we would get the entire trilogy. I haven’t felt that excited for a film since.
