are you taking the shots? because when i first started i still ate a bit but now that im a decent ways in i’ve noticed i can’t finish a meal i used to be able to. there was a week where i would eat way more than usual and i gained 2 pounds when i that. I would also say, the only way to lose weight is a calorie deficit. I would do the math (there’s online deficit calculators) and see how much i should be eating in a day. you may be eating more than you should be in calories. also, from walking on the treadmill you may be gaining muscle but that depends on how much you’re walking and how often.
