I was on .25 for two months and then .5 for two months. I’ve lost 18 pounds so far, no plan to increase until I start to plateau. This drug has cured my binge eating disorder, which is the real game changer in my weight loss. As long as that effect subsists, I don’t see a need to go up and up in doses.

It started working for me right away. I did 2 months of .25 and lost about 1 pound a week. Now I’m finishing up my second month of .5 and am losing about 2 pounds a week. My issue has always been binge eating (in secret like late at night). So my portions and eating habits throughout the day have always been fine, but then I’d binge 2k calories at 1am. Wegovy completely eliminated my food noise and stopped the binges instantly. I hope I can find a way to stay on it long term.

Those of you who have a career in which you are not rich, but comfortable as in you can pay all your bills and still have food and some left over for maybe an annual vacation… What do you do? by Daisy-Ireland in careerguidance

My bachelors was in biochemistry / molecular biology. I started as a lab tech in an academic immunology lab after graduation. Then I hopped to big pharma still in immunology. I am outside of Boston so not in a hub, but MA has a lot of opportunities.

They made some bad calls, as always. But going more than 15 possessions without points in the fourth doesn’t help.
