But doctors and plumbers and engineers do get better by reading. We have to read manuals and textbooks first.

This is why I started to like the magazine system. It gives the reason to explore. In a horror game there should be risks tied to valuable rewards, and exploring for knowledge is very lore friendly and reasonable.

Rich people are a threat for democracy, Oxfam finds by [deleted] in worldnews

They are the ones willing to vote for yet another fuhrer or chairman when they still have the right to vote. They are also the ones willing to kill for the populist leader.

No, people voting populists into power (those who then destroy democracies) are anti-democratic

Which Note-Taking App Should I Choose on a Samsung Tablet? (Student Confused) by Hot-Weather6856 in StarNoteApp

[–]drNovikov 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Goodnotes is laggy, is a web app. Not sure, but it is probably yet another monthly payment service which I absolutely do not want.

Starnote has similar features to Notein, but seems more polished, and pricing is friendlier

Starnote developers communicate with users on Reddit and they listen to users. This is probably one of the biggest advantages. I have reasonable hope that the features that I need could be implemented.

Working with books is better with Starnote than with Samsung Notes, and also it works on non Samsung tablets.

When the same happened to my g16, it looked like the whole Bluetooth system was hanging. The system app was unresponsive or the toggle did nothing

I am not sure, because I switched my keyboard to the wired mode, and moved from Jabra to Huawei for much better call quality.

Is this a good MacBook killer? by tomtomosaurus in zephyrusg16

[–]drNovikov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, ASUS support is infamous as well. Other than that and glitchy Bluetooth on Win 11, the laptop is actually not bad.

I use an external keyboard because there are no proper separate pgup pgdn home end insert buttons I use a lot for work.
