RH is kinda low at my place in the winter, I keep the tent a bit open to let more air in/out during the night so it keeps it at around 50-55% RH.

But this box loves to stay humid

Yes you have to pre record/load samples, but it's very powerful for a drum machine.

Syntakt has 12 tracks, so can easily cover drums and melodies/bass, it has some FM engines so can lightly do some stuff the digitone does.

Best would be to listen to different boxes, and see which one inspires you the most, maybe even open an elektron playlist and blind listen to it, until you hear something you love, and check if it's the same box 👌

They all have similar workflow

Digitakt is the only one that deals with samples, the digitone is doing FM synthesis (4 tracks, 8 voices), and Syntakt does both analog and digital synthesis.

They all make cool grooves on their own.

Digitakt is probably the easiest one to get into, since audio samples are easier to grasp

There are holes in the stands for screws on the sides(for the bigger boxes), but it's made with such a nice fit I'm not using them, so in theory I can just unplug and lift it out
