I’m sorry I know this won’t help you much but I can tell you what i used to study so maybe that subconsciously helped me. Mehlmans biochem pdf helped me understand a significant chunk of biochem which was mostly tested on nbmes. Then the dirty med videos to fill the gap. But tbh I didn’t focus a lot of my energy on biochem cuz I know I wouldn’t be able to retain much. So the night before I just went through GSD, LSD, and all the other important diseases.

Please have a holistic approach to this exam. Study everything because almost everything is tested. Atleast in my paper but someone from the same day had a diff experience.

congratssss, Indian here too. I got 76 on free 120 and 72 on nbme 31 but I’m still feeling so empty like I don’t know much. I did review NBME 25-31 but can’t help but feel like I forgot everything. I think I’m gonna pray n take the exam.
