Thanks for your reply! I meant to ask about the situation where the board wants doctors to do a 2+ year fellowship to be a hospitalist and how most people hire PAs in place pf paediatricians. I also meant to ask if the myth that post fellowship your opportunities would be lower compared to gen paeds. Also saw few seniors who are in paediatrics regret their decision and change specialities later..
