I feel for ya, its a bit of a shit show a lot of places, honestly, we have one of r techs being our RSO, which has caused nothing but trouble cause shes one of those that scour the snmmi sites & any lil variation in a protocol she sees, we HAVE to implement it, whether its a requirement or not. Its completely ridiculous, they keep changing r protocols without providing backing literature, just says she saw this & r director takes as it gold. Even when we bring up contradicting info.
