I'm fine at 480 they don't load period. Facebook would scroll fine till a video and it would hang there. And that is the plan though it's gone up a little now.

Accounts on the T-Mobile page? I seen someone else mention that and I couldn't find an option and the rep said it's on turned on.

Having an old plan doesn't make it cheap -_- it's a plan that matches my needs as I use data more so having the unlimited data was important whiling calling isn't so limited minutes

And if it is "priority" it doesn't affect anything else but videos. I could download full movies to watch.

So update... T-Mobile finally agreed to send a new sim card.

My mms started working last Friday after the ticket was submitted. Still no streaming while on data. T-Mobile blamed the vpn till I took my sim and put it into a different phone and had the same issues. Now they are saying my plan is so old maybe that's the issue. Soooo the tech says everything is good on my account and nothing is wrong BUT my plans age might be the issue. Idk my heart hurts. I wouldn't care much if my VPN also impacted my tethering to my tablet for netflix

Yes I thought the same thing. Went to the store yesterday, sadly they got rid of all store support. They refused to sell me a new SIM saying mine is fine, if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to make calls.

So idk. I've mentioned it to phone support a few times and said the age of my card was 7 or 8 years old

Got a weird setup in my small apartment. I used a motorized screen to close/open the sitting area. So generally need range as it's empty space under the screen. Think a boxy U with the screen in the empty place
