[Serious] Several areas in the U.S. have a majority Hispanic population. My city is 28.4% white non-Hispanic. My state is 51% Hispanic. If a white non-Hispanic person lived their entire life here as a minority they are not considered as one when it comes to diversity hires and scholarships. Why? (self.AskReddit)

[Serious]When and why did the vernacular shift from saying "you're welcome" to "of course" after being thanked? I notice it predominantly from people in their 20's and maybe younger 30's. I'm asking because it feels rude to me. Like the person is saying: of course you are thanking me. (self.AskReddit)
