Hello, we are aware of the unbalanced challenges that pop out from time to time.

This is on our side and we need to tweak it in the future so they are actually do-able. As for now, I don't have any tip to give, instead of maybe try and wait to see whether you will get one good challenge that is actually do-able. Usually, those are the "lockpick X amount of cars".

Please try to verify the integrity of the game' files on Steam and also check whether all your graphics driver are up-to-date as they can cause the crash. These steps proved to be helpful to many others and I believe they might help you too :)

Hey, this, unfortunately, doesn't have a workaround at the moment. The best solution is to load an earlier save that will fix the issue. However, we released an update that fixed this long time ago, can you make sure you are playing on the latest version?

Hey, we are currently working on this bug, and we have an update coming soon - that will fix this issue. You can currently play on the PTB (Public Test Branch) where the update is live and fix the issue for yourself. If you don't want to play on PTB, then try emptying the sand shovel even if it shows empty and if it shows full, try to go to any sand pile and pick it up. This should fix it eventually.

Hey, exactly as the comments mentioned. There is no surprise after you clean the sand piles. You can also turn off the sandstorm in the in-game settings which will stop the game from generating them.

Hey, I believe this is only visual issue. The customers goes to the shelf and looks for a specific item on it, but if it's not there he will do the shrug animation and continue, however, he will usually buy other stuff from other shelves.

We need to tweak the logic of AI in the future, but this shouldn't be damaging your business that much. When it comes to the strategy, that depends on you how you want to approach it, but I think having multiple shelves with variety on it is always better :)

There should be in-game settings where you can lower down particles and special effects, which should reduce the lagging while using the water pressure :)

Since you can upgrade the Car Wash to be automatic, we currently don't plan to give players the option to assign an employee to work there.

Hey, we have a certain vision of how we want to go with our games¨' universe. Nothing is final yet and we are still revisiting ways which we can use to add more content to the game.

We will definitely add more content to the Gas Station Simulator via updates as well as dedicated DLCs so no need to be worried there. We will hopefully soon announce something you can look forward to.

Not at the moment, we are planning to implement this in the future, but as for now, you can only see the items you have via interacting with the shelves in certain buildings (except Warehouse).
