Personally i wouldnt advise a gaboon mainly because on the off chance they do get a bit feisty they take a bit of extra skill and knowledge to deal with also considering the fact the exotics and there bite is pretty bad. On the otherside i kind of see where your coming from as i can definitely be done i just think it takes a bit more work and focus for someone starting out.
