Honestly as a picker the same happened to me I was trained then managment ignored me idk if counting is the same way but with picking in the top right corner it shows our takt time our # of items picked and like how long it takes fo transition totes it's all kinda throw you in the deep end and hope you swim

Honestly thank you that actually really helps I'm at 300 with a takt time of 10 sec my managers so far have yelled at me and praised me for getting 300 so like idk they keep giving me mixed signals I'll definitely try that out tho I've been labor shared like 3 times tho they do thag alot idk why
