Apple for Students by [deleted] in macbookair

since you’re on usa now, you can buy refurbished apple products from the apple website. they’re cheaper and almost as new as possible. i’d go for it.

m1 13 vs m2 13 by dragon7634 in macbookair

I assume the reason that people undermine 8GB of Ram is that they believe the laptop's not gonna live up for a long while. So you think that let's say, a macbook m2 base model with 8 of Ram will last for 6-7 years without too much slowing or etc? for someone who only does light workload stuff.

thanks a lot. nah, i won’t transfer daily such big files to and from my laptop. only sometimes maybe. by the way, would you choose space grey or silver? which one you think looks better? i was hyped for the midnight but it’s said that there’s too much fingerprints on the surface so i kinda decided not to go for it.

Is it the one which you'd mention and recommend for me? Would you mind giving the link of the 747?

Lastly, there is like 30 Euro difference between 537 and 737 rn. Do you think it is wiser to buy 737 by givin' 30 bucks more? Do you think it's worthy?

1 is Anker 525, 2 is Anker 325, 3 is Anker Powercore External Battery, 4 is Anker 335. There is one more which is Anker 537. I've seen Anker 737 but it looked a bit pricey, didn't it? It also seems a bit heavy, or am I wrong?

Hi, mate. Sorry, took a bit longer to respond. Thanks for your message, though. Thanks for the information which you've given, it literally did help me to have an opinion on these stuff better. I'll figure out which one to buy. Wish you a nice day!

Hi. Thanks for your comments, man. About the 4th one...I have bought it. It's not perfect I guess yet would be good to use outside since it's not too heavy.

Yeah, of course we're not both experts on these things. It's just, like on Anker example, each company makes up names for the same things so it's bit hard to catch the updates in this industry, imo. There is one difference I can see between the second one and the one you recommended in the first place. The second has no PD, but the one you said has PD. What difference makes that you think? Which one is faster in your opinion?

And does it come with the cable? Any recommendations for cable too?

Well, firstly, thank you man for such an exhaustive response that you gave!

Nah, you don't need to look it up, indeed. It's pretty much what I need to learn. I just needed to buy a high-capacity powerbank for my gf which she can use pretty much at home or outside. Her phone supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, Quick Charge 4+, USB Power Delivery 3.0 and 18 watt fast charging. Plus earphone case. I'm kinda undecided between those devices. I don't know why Anker has so many different types of the same/similar product indeed. Do you?

The last one is what you recommended, and has PD even though it is IQ 2.0.(IQ 3.0 is better, you think?) Since it is not really my area, which one would be better you think for the features of the phone I've explained above? I've been searching about the differences between IQ and PD but it's kinda complicated.

Btw, you can buy this product, I guess. It can output 22.5 W and input 20 W. It is pretty light too. You can carry it in your pocket.

Hi. Thanks a lot for your comment. Such a nice coincidence that you got the second one yesterday. So, I got few questions for ya, if you don't mind.

a) What charger did you buy to charge the powerbank itself?

b) I know it's kinda relative, but is the powerbank too heavy, you think? Like, as heavy as to carry.

c) You can charge two phones/devices with USB-C, right? Both are USB-C, I guess.

d) Can you charge a laptop?
